Tomkiw Dalton successfully represents clients in all aspects of traditional labor law, from union avoidance to representation before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and Michigan Employment Relations Commission (MERC). When a union attempts to organize one of our non-union clients, our strong knowledge of the union tactics and the law helps develop effective campaigns to counter the union, including campaign materials and campaign speeches.
We also aggressively represent clients before the NLRB or MERC in any unfair labor practice proceedings. Our knowledge of the law, administrative proceedings and working relationship with our clients enables us to zealously advocate our clients’ positions. We also assist our clients in administering existing collective bargaining agreements, handling both interest and grievance arbitrations, and negotiating union contracts consistent with our clients’ objectives.
