Pauline J. Pensler
Pauline Pensler is licensed to practice in the State of Michigan, the Federal Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, and the Sixth Circuit. As an attorney, Pauline focuses her practice on General Civil Litigation, Land Use, Labor and Employment Law, and Corporate Transactions. Ms. Pensler received her J.D. from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, cum laude, in 2007. There, she was awarded Book Awards in Legal Writing, First Amendment Law and Employment Discrimination. She also received the Dean’s Tutorial Assistants Scholarship and was a member of the Moot Court Board of Advocates, where she successfully competed in many competitions. Ms. Pensler was listed in Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities & Colleges for 2007, and was a three-time recipient of CALI’s Excellence for the Future Awards. Before attending law school, Ms. Pensler received her B.A., with distinction, from the University of Michigan.

Prior to joining Tomkiw Dalton, plc, Pauline interned with the Honorable Kimberly Small, Chief Judge of the 48th District Court, and was a Teaching Assistant for Legal Writing at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. In addition to her passion for the law, Pauline enjoys playing tennis and reading the latest best-sellers.
